The 2010 edition of the Regions for Economic Change annual conference will focus on research and ICT and climate change. The conference purpose is to discuss key themes, to network and to exchange good practices at regional level through cohesion instruments.
This year, the conference held in Brussels, Belgium will be divided into a political forum open to all interested participants while access to the more thematic modules will be more limited and it will be targeted at experts level and at Managing Authorities.
