News archive - Upcoming Events in the course of the Tempus IV programme

The initiation of the fourth phase of the Trans-European mobility scheme for university studies (TEMPUS), which is the EU programme that supports the modernisation of higher education inter alia in the partner countries of the Western Balkans, goes along with a range of interesting events and meetings.

Tempus Information Days will be organized all over Europe, and as well in three cities of the WBC region:

- Skopje, FYROM 8 February (respective contact person:snezanabs@mn.gov.mk)
- Zagreb, Croatia 5 March (respective contact person: gordana.cukar@azvo.hr)
- Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina 7 March (respective contact person: tempus@bih.net.ba)

Furthermore a Tempus Project Representatives’ Meeting will be held in Brussels:

The European Commission's Directorate General for Education and Culture is pleased to organise a two-days meeting in Brussels for representatives of Joint European Projects selected after the 15 December 2006 deadline.

The overall aim of this meeting will be to address practical issues such as grant agreement management (rules and reporting requirements). The meeting will also be an excellent opportunity for new and experienced practitioners to exchange knowledge and to network with other projects in a similar subject area or partner country.

The meeting will take place on 10 and 11 March 2008 at the MCE -- Management Centre Europe,118, Rue de l'Aqueduc,1050 Brussels.
