News archive - [Event Announcement] KEN-2011 Forum >>> Human Capital Development for Knowledge Economy: Mobilising Innovation Potential – including Gender Balance

The focus of this year’s Forum (taking place on June 6 to 7 2011 in Maribor, Slovenia) will remain on development and better use of human capital. Therefore it will assess how Bologna Process could be accelerated, and which values are needed for young professionals to be able to contribute to sustainable development. The title of the Forum is "Human Capital Development for Knowledge Economy: Mobilising Innovation Potential – including Gender Balance".

Last but not least, the Forum will address the topic of women in corporate decision-making. Several Preparatory Workshops have produced draft recommendations, which will be adopted through the debates at the Forum - designed in a very interactive fashion (electronic voting system and discussions at thematic tables).
