News archive - Albania: 2010 Activities to support FP7 by the Agency for Research, Technology and Innovation (ARTI)
During 2010, the Training Center of ARTI has undertaken the Aweareness Raising Compaign, targeting Universities, the Private Sector, Research Centers and Institutes. The main purpose of this capaign was to provide a general introduction of the EU research Programms (FP7, COST, EUREKA) and to explain the ways of participation.
Furthermore, the Training Center of ARTI has organized Round Tables that bring together experts of relevant fields, where experienced FP participants share their experience and lessons learned.
In order to extend its field of cooperation with international counterparts and partners, ARTI is now a member of ‘Research, Innovation and Business Network’ (RIBN) for Central and South-Eastern Europe and ‘The European Association for Research Managers and Administrators’ (EARMA). Participation in these two European networks is used to facilitate the interaction among members of public and private institutions within and outside Europe and to offer professional development, networking and selection of best practices in the field of Research.
