The aim of the 5th International Symposium of Industrial Engineering – SIE 2012, held in Belgrade from June 14 to 15, 2012, is to contribute to a better comprehension of the role and importance of Industrial Engineering and to mark the twentieth anniversary of the Industrial Engineering program in Serbia, established at FME, Belgrade. The Symposium is expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering today. According to these goals the Symposium addresses itself to all experts in all fields of Industrial Engineering to make their contribution to success and show capabilities achieved in the work that has been done are very welcomed. Deadline for paper and registration form submission: April 15, 2012.
The Symposium is organised by: Industrial engineering department; Faculty of mechanical engineering - University of Belgrade http://www.mas.bg.ac.rs and Steinbeis advanced risk technologies, Stuttgart, Germany http://www.risk-technologies.com.
SIE 2012 Team invites high quality submissions of papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all topics of industrial engineering. Symposium
Early registration fee is 120€ until May 20th, after that date registration fee is 150 €. Former students of Industrial Engineering at FME pay registration fee 100 € due to the 20th anniversary. For the registration fee payment please contact the Conference Secretariat. For Serbian residents registration is payable in dinars.
