News archive - Event Announcement: Seminar: Towards a European policy for the development of human competencies for innovation

Confrontations Europe is organising the seminar “Towards a European policy for the development of human competencies for innovation” ("Vers une politique européenne de développement des compétences humaines pour l’innovation") on June 18, 2008 in Brussels, Belgium.

The seminar will be in French and will discuss questions such as: what role the European Union can play in the development of competences both in education and in lifelong learning? How to improve the mobility of teachers and students? The event will be chaired by Philippe Herzog, President of Confrontations Europe, and will include the participation of Odile Quintin, Director General of DG Education and Culture of the European Commission.
