EIT HEI Initiative extended until 2027

In a landmark decision, the Governing Board of the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT) has officially announced the extension of the EIT HEI Initiative until 2027!

The success of the programme’s pilot phase has been nothing short of remarkable, with the training of 40,000 students and staff and support provided to over 1000 start-ups and scale-ups. The initiative owes its remarkable success to its 65 motivated projects and their unwavering dedication to boosting innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education across Europe.
