Regional Innovation Valleys matchmaking map
The matchmaking map has been published, highlighting European regions that have expressed their interest to become a Regional Innovation Valley by applying to the call for expression of interest launched in March 2023.
The Regional Innovation Valleys matchmaking map aims to help interested regions to identify potentially relevant partners, by facilitating matchmaking and interconnections among regions across Europe. The map displays regions committed to tackle the most burning challenges meeting specific local challenges and needs, whilst contributing to the Union’s strategic priorities.
From the Western Balkans, North Macedonia and Sumadije region in Serbia have expressed their interest in becoming a Regional Innovation Valley.
