A three-day workshop on project proposal writing was held at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Banja Luka (UNIBL) from October 21  to November  9. This was a kick-off activity for the Action 2 - Capacity Building in Research Management and Administration, within the POLICY ANSWERS Capacity Building program. More than 25 representatives of academic and administrative staff and advanced students, from 6 different faculties of UNIBL, participated in the workshop, led by Dijana Pejić, the executive director of the organization „Genesis“, with over 25 years of experience in project preparation and management.

Through interactive group work, the participants had the opportunity to learn about basic elements of the process of project proposal writing, project terminology, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation. In the final session, they had the opportunity to present their group projects created over the course of the workshop. This training will lead to a more active involvement of UNIBL staff members in the development of project applications and implementation of projects at the local, regional and international level.
