News archive - Horizon Europe participants to be supported developing IP strategies
A new free-of-charge innovation advisory support service has been launched: Horizon IP Scan, a Horizon Results Platform partner. The service is specifically targeted for SMEs participating in Horizon Europe collaborative projects.
Horizon IP Scan supports collaborative projects to further develop their IP strategy already outlined in the project application. Among others, the results of the service are expected to feed into the first version of the Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results (PDEC).
The service needs to be requested individually by the SME beneficiaries in the consortium. SME participants only need to fill in the Horizon IP Scan service request form.

The SME partners can take advantage of the benefits of the service, namely to
- get a better picture of existing IP brought into the project
- support your project in developing a joint IP management and exploitation strategy (to be laid down in the PDEC)
