The European Training Foundation (ETF) is a specialised agency of the European Union, helping transition and developing countries to improve their human capital by reforming education, training and labour market systems in the context of the EU's external relations policy. It has regular working relations with 29 Partner Countries (see www.etf.europa.eu).
ETF is preparing for the creation of a ‘Network of Experts’ in the area of labour market research – particularly focusing on skills anticipation and changes in demand for skills, qualifications and occupations – with interested researchers, research institutes and expertise networks from our Partner Countries.The aim is to bring experts together from different institutions and countries around the same topic for co-creating, exchanging, and disseminating this a first step in this direction, a survey was developed to gather information about the existing knowledge at an international scale, and developing partnership and synergies in our research area. This survey is intended solely for researchers, research institutes/organisations/centres and expertise networks: the questions are designed to understand the main areas of your research and activities, your opinions about expert/research networks, main incentives for participation and preferred working modalities.
