News archive - Important steps forward towards final adoption of Horizon Europe
On 29 September the Competitiveness Council (Research and innovation) adopted general approaches regarding the draft regulation establishing Horizon Europe, the EU's framework programme for research and innovation for the years 2021-2027, and the draft decision establishing the specific programme implementing Horizon Europe.
The agreement paves the way for finalising the negotiations with the European Parliament for the adoption of the two legal acts before the end of the year.
