News archive - ENTRENOVA 2020 NEws: Venue and Call for Papers Deadline Extended
The conference will be organized as planned, in the beautiful Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences, located beneath the Marjan Park. Besides the current situation, more than 160 authors with 80 papers have applied for the conference, which is slightly less than usual.
However, if the situation will be far from optimal, we plan to organize a virtual conference, which will be followed by the publication of the papers on the Econstore platform, and in the conference proceedings.
In both cases, after the conference, we shall publish special issues in journals that support the Entrenova conference, which is indexed in SSCI, ESCI, Scopus, and EconLit.
Due to numerous requests by colleagues who decided to participate at the Entrenova conference, we have decided to extend the abstract submission deadline to 25 June 2020. This information is not published on the conference website but is distributed only by email invitation.

Venue
Entrenova conference will take place in the Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences (MedILS), located beneath the Marjan Park in Split, Croatia. MedILS is an international “renaissance” project created as a scientific and social experiment. Its primary goal is to support the development of experienced scientists as well as breed a generation of young scientists: creative, multidisciplinary professionals trained to “think the unthinkable” and produce that kind of experiments. Medils is located near the coastline and centre of city Split.
Split is best known for its seafront, the Marjan Park, the Diocletian's Palace and other ancient sights. The Split region covers the middle part of Dalmatia. The coastal area is as attractive as the continental area, which consists of lots of natural beauties.
Publication opportunities After the conference, papers and abstracts can be further elaborated to become full journal papers and be submitted for publication in journals that support Entrenova conference:
