Please note that for each paper at least one author must be registered as speaker. Each registered speaker can present up to two papers for one Participation Fee. Each speaker shall have up to 15 minutes for the presentation of each paper. The language of presentation is English.

Important dates (Deadlines)

Registration of participants

20.04.2018: submission of the Participation Form for Speaker for all speakers and of the Participation Form for Listener for all listeners

20.04.2018: submission of the scanned copy of the proof of the payment for Participation Fee (for speakers in the Video-conference Session)

Publication of papers

30.06.2018: submission of the full paper

20.09.2018: notification about reviewers' comments

20.10.2018: submission of the scanned copy of the proof of the payment for Publication Fee for each accepted paper, submission of the final version of paper and of the scanned copy of the signed Publishing Agreement
