NUTRICON 2017 is an event taking place on 5-7 October 2017 in Skopje, FYR of Macedonia.
Letter from the organizers:
"On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is an honour to invite you to the NUTRICON 2017, which will take place in Skopje, FYR of Macedonia, from 5th to 7th of October 2017.
NUTRICON 2017 is dedicated to: Food Quality and Safety, Health and Nutrition.
We would like to invite all interested scientists, professionals, companies, governmental officials, and professional associations working in the fields of food production, food processing, food quality and safety, health, nutrition, hygienic engineering and design, innovative technologies, new trends in food safety, from Europe and all around the world to attend this event. Important: Dental Chamber of Macedonia (Стоматолошка Комора на Македонија - SKM) is in the process of NUTRICON 2017 accreditation as a part of Continued medical education (12 and 8 points). All details about this (points for active and passive participants) will be published soon on the SKM web page into the Calendar od Accredited Professional Activities.

First deadline for Abstract submission is April 30th 2017.
Guidelines for Abstract submission
1. Abstract cannot exceed over 300 words.
2. Original scientific work - Abstract should be structured by the following form: title, brief introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions and key words. Review work - Abstract should be structured by the following form: brief introduction, body of text (discussion, explanation etc) and conclusion/s. Abstracts preferably should be written without references or abbreviations. If they are used into Abstract, than references should be provided and before accronym is used for the first time, Authors should write long name, ex. World Health Organization - WHO). Key words should be written in italic at the bottom of the Abstract. There should be maximum 8 (eight) key words/phrases (ex. Key words: Food, Microorganisms, Poisoning, Cold chain).
3. Abstract language has to be English.
4. Please, place your Abstract into Abstract Submission form.
5. Abstract submission is OPENED. Second deadline for Abstract submission is 15th May 2017.
6. Please keep in mind that, all abstracts will be carefully reviewed by International Editorial Board, and published into: CAB Abstracts database, Global Health database and into Book of Abstracts which will be offered to all registered participants.
Poster instructions
If you are preparing poster (on the basis of sent abstract), than you should follow the rules displayed below:
Poster size - B1 (70x100cm).
Poster orientation - Portrait.
The poster does not necessarily have to fill the entire working area.
Text should be readable from five feet away. Make sure the font size is large enough.
Some additional guidelines:
1. Normal text should be no smaller than 20 pt
2. Text in plots and figures should also be at least 20 pt
3. 1000 words is a good poster lengt
4. Use section headings to orient the viewer.
5. Use serif fonts for text (e.g. Times) and sans-serif fonts for titles (e.g. Helvetica, Arila) and headings
Guidelines for Full paper submission
All participants with accepted abstracts who declared that will write and submit an full paper on English language, should do so by the following rules:
1. The whole text of the full papers has to be in Arial font - 10.
2. Full papers margins should be 2 cm, top, bottom, left, right for A4 format paper.
3. Line spacing should be single, and alignment justify.
4. Between two paragraph use empty row (space), and in no case spacing (Auto, 3 pt, 6 pt etc).
5. The submitted full papers (without the abstract) should contain no less than 5 and no more than 20 pages. Shorter or longer length of the manuscripts has to be discussed with the Publisher.
6. Please download and use the suggested Instructions for original scientific paper or Instructions for review paper (see above).
7. When submitting a full paper, all authors should download, fill in and send a Cover letter, indicating that they have not submitted a similar manuscript for publication elsewhere. Full papers submitted without Cover letter will not be published.
8. The Full papers, together with the Abstract and Cover letter should be submitted as an separate attachments to following email address: contact@key.com.mk.
9. Full papers submission deadline is one month after the date in the Abstract acceptance letter.
10. Full papers will be published in the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design, SCOPUS, CABI Full text repository database, Food Science and Technology database and Global Health database.
