Official languages are: Montenegrin, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian and English and we will provide translation on English. 

You are invited to submit an abstract for one of this subtopics of the Conference. Deadline for abstract submission is 01.09.2016 and deadline for submission of final papersis 24.11.2016. 

Paper rules

Beside usual parts such as: name and surname of the author, title, notes (footnotes), list of bibliography, list of tables, graphs, photos and other illustrations (if they are part of the text), papers must contain a summary in Montenegrin or Bosnian or Serbian or Croatian language and in English language and papers should also have 120 to 150 words and five key words. All listed descriptions (tables, charts, photos ....) must include the number and title of the page on which they are located. Also, if the text contains more abbreviations, it is desirable to place the alphabetical list of all abbreviations and their meanings. All special characters that might cause confusion should be explained. Special attention should be given to literature.

For used books should be stated:

Surname and name of author, title of book, publisher, place of publication, year of publication. For journal articles: Surname and name of author of the article, title of article, title of journal in which the article was published, volume, year and page number of journal in which the article was published.

For proceedings articles:

Surname and name of author of article, title of article, title of the proceedings where the article was published, publisher, place of publication, year of publication. Used literature should not be cited as a footnote.

Changes in the application (eg. title, abstract or keywords) are subsequently possible, but Editorial Board has to be informed by e-mail konferencija.vstim@gmail.com . Papers have to be proofread, so you have to state the name and surname and signature of the expert who proofread the paper in Montenegrin or Bosnian or Serbian or Croatian language and in English language. An additional letter which has to be sent with paper, has to contain following information: name and surname of author with the address and phone number, e-mail address, qualifications, scientific position (title), name of institution and place of work.
