News archive - [Call Annoucement] IPA CBC Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020: 1st Call for Proposals launched - deadline: 1 July 2016

Manging Authority, Directorate for Managing Cooperation Programmes and Regional Development within Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia is pleased to inform that the 1st Call for Proposals within Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020 is launched.

Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020 welcomes potential applicants to submit their Application Forms via electronic Monitoring System (eMS) until 1 July 2016 at 15:00h. The Call for Proposals is open for applications in all four priority axes and all specific objectives.

Application Package

The Application Package for the 1st Call for Proposals consists of the following documents:

  1. Guidelines for Applicants (GfA),
  2. Application Manual: instructions how to fill in Application Form (including budget),
  3. Template of the Lead Partner Statement,
  4. Template of the Project Partner Statement,
  5. State Aid self-assessment questionnaire,
  6. Template for Partnership Pre-agreement,
  7. Model Partnership Agreement,
  8. Model Subsidy Contract.

Electronic Monitoring System (eMS):

For any technical difficulties or problems you might experience with the eMS, please contact the programme IT manager in charge of the eMS at  ma.ems@interreg-croatia-serbia2014-2020.eu.

Questions and answers

Please note that questions related to 1st Call for Proposals may be sent in writing in English language via e-mail no later than 10 days before the deadline for the submission of applications, indicating clearly the reference of the Call for Proposals to the following e-mail address:js@interreg-croatia-serbia2014-2020.eu.

Information sessions

Information sessions will be organised by the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat and open to all potential applicants from both countries participating in the Programme. The agenda for information sessions can be downloaded here will be the same at all locations. Please note that the presentations will be delivered in national languages. Potential applicants are advised to register for the information session at the location geographically suitable for them. Due to the limited number of available places, a maximum of 2 persons per institution are allowed to participate at information session. The exact addresses of the venues will be published at Programme website in due time.
