News archive - WBCInno info day held at the University of Kragujevac: "From knowledge and research results to successful innovative ventures

The University of Kragujevac organized the WBCInno info day “From knowledge and research results to successful innovative ventures” on April 25^th, 2014. The topics was targeted to university professors, researchers and PhD students. The participants were greeted by the Vice-Rector for science research, Prof. Dr. Živadin Bugarčić, Director of National Council for science and technology development Prof. Dr. Vera Dondur and WBCInno Coordinator Prof. Dr. Vesna Mandić.

After the welcome speech, the participants were introduced with new Regional University Innovation Platform, Methodology for Innovation Platform including IPR aspects, as well as the Strategic Development Plan for Business Incubators and Science and Technology Parks. Besides these, some practical information on research promotion was presented in terms of online Catalogue of Research and Innovative Potential of the University of Kragujevac. The event was closed with presentations of scholarships and placement programs for students and the Horizon2020 program, with focus on mobility of researchers.

Apart from the presentations, the participants also had an opportunity to attend the individual meetings with the presenters on the topics they are interested in.
