News archive - Registration open for the Institutional Evaluation Programme

The registration period for the 2014/2015 round of EUA’s Institutional Evaluation Programme (IEP) is now open until 4 July 2014.

The Institutional Evaluation Programme has provided institutional evaluations to higher education institutions since 1994. The Programme is characterised by its combination of an institutional, holistic approach, a European perspective through its experienced European teams, and its philosophy as a supportive peer-review. Moreover, IEP is a full member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and is listed in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR).

The Programme, which has already carried out evaluations in nearly 300 higher education institutions in 45 countries, focuses on the institution’s capacity for change including its strategic planning and internal quality management. It examines the institution as a whole and provides recommendations on its structures, policies and processes, taking into account the specific institutional and national context.

In addition to evaluations of individual institutions, the Programme also offers its expertise to conduct coordinated evaluations at national or regional level at the request of local stakeholders in higher education.

For further information on the Programme and how to register, please visit the IEP website.
