It will feature a range of presentations from broad theoretical and global policy explorations, to detailed studies of specific human-physiological, nutritional and social dynamics of food.

CONFERENCE FOCUS

The International Conference on Food Studies travels to Prato, Italy in 2014. The Conference will address a range of critically important issues and themes relating to the Food Studies community. Plenary speakers include some of the leading thinkers in these areas, as well as numerous paper, colloquium and workshop presentations.
