News archive - Follow live info day on 'Horizon 2020 Health, demographic change and wellbeing', Friday 22 November

The new Framework Programme for Research and Innovation - Horizon 2020 - and its first annual Work Programme will be adopted on 11th December 2013. The first call for proposals (first funding round) will be published at the same time.

Next 22 November, the European Commission will organise an Information Day for potential participants on Societal Challenge "Health, demographic change and wellbeing" (SC1). SC1 will include topics of interest to the EIP on AHA community, such as Extending active and independent living, Self-management of health, Service robotics, Independent living with cognitive impairments, Early risk detection and intervention, Promoting mental wellbeing in the ageing population, Integrated care. There will be a specific call for coordinated support to the activities of the EIP on AHA, and another for support to the Joint Programming Initiative "More Years, Better Lives - the Challenges and Opportunities of Demographic Change".
Registration to the Info Day is now closed but the sessions will be webstreamed live.
