The first call for Horizon 2020 Societal challenge: Health, demographic change, and wellbeing might be launched in December 2013. The European Commission (EC) plans to publish a draft work programme 2014 - 2015 of the Societal Challenge Health, demographic change, and wellbeing mid-October. It will give all potential applicants enough time to prepare and become familiar with the new programme.
The draft work programme will be published on the EC Website on Health Research.
Please also note that the EC is organizing the 1st "Horizon 2020 Health, demographic change and wellbeing" Info Day on 22 November in Brussels (Belgium). More details on the event, including the link to the event website, will be published soon.
The EC expects a high demand for participating in this event. Therefore, the EC wants to limit the number of participants to one person per organisation to give everybody a greater chance on a place.
