News archive - [Event Announcement] Knowledge4Innovation's 5th Annual European Innovation Summit
Knowledge4Innovation’s 5th annual European Innovation Summit (EIS) will occur 30 September till 3 October 2013 at the European Parliament. The 5th EIS will be an excellent opportunity for innovators and the organizations that facilitate innovation to debate and discover how they can take advantage of the opportunities to come from Horizon 2020 and other structural funds.
The distinguished list of speakers throughout the three day event includes names such as Anne Glover (Chief Scientific Adviser to the President of the European Commission), Robert-Jan Smits (DG Research and Innovation), Kristin Danielson (Research Council of Norway) and our own Mr. Pedro de Sampaio Nunes (Head of the EUREKA Secretariat). A wide variety of topics will be debated throughout the European Parliament building in Brussels allowing participants to have questions answered, issues resolved and ideas put forward to better improve the soon to be implemented EU instruments for the 2014-2020 time period which are in the final negotiating stage.
