The focus of this year’s conference include representatives of national and regional cluster development policies as key factors in creating an environment in which clusters operate.

For cluster organizations and initiatives workshops will be organized by sector affiliation which will facilitate a professional moderator. The conference will result in a document of the needs and capabilities of the clusters of the Balkan Black Sea region.

The Document will be forwarded to the participants of the conference, representatives of national and regional authorities, and the authorities in the European Commission. In this way, business community of the Balkan Black Sea clusters shall declare their position on future directions of development of clusters in the region and contribute to more effective support to small and medium-sized enterprises. Partners estimated that some 200 participants could take part in a conference. More than 50 clusters from the region are expected to attend Conference.
