News archive - Panorama welcomes Croatia

The summer 2013 edition of Panorama magazine is now online in English. The centrepiece is a 6-page feature on the accession of Croatia to the EU, which offers an overview of the accession process, an introduction to Croatia's major industries, examples of successful projects and an interview with Branko Grčić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds.

The other main highlight is a look into the joint auditing process (European Commission and national authorities) to ensure Cohesion Policy funding is properly spent. Also featured are an overview of the recently published Strategic Report on Cohesions Policy, a preview of October's OPEN DAYS event, and an article on the review of State Aid regulations.

This issue of Panorama magazine will be available in 24 languages in the coming weeks.
