Macedonian TACSO office, is organising national conference – Structure for dialogue between the Government and the civil society, which will be held in Ohrid (19-20 June 2013).

The purpose of this assignment is to support TACSO Macedonian Office to facilitate/moderate sessions during the national conference.

Profile of the STE:

• University degree (advanced degree is an asset)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of CSOs development (experience in CSOs-Government dialog and cooperation will be an asset);  
• Proven professional experience in facilitating/moderating similar events
(at least 5 similar assignments);
• Strong computer literacy;

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written Macedonian and English;
• Good understanding of the context in which CSOs in the country operate.

• Letter of intent and availability, information on financial requirements.
• Proposal /detail explanation of methodology that will be used for facilitation of the working group sessions
• 3 references from similar assignments
