News archive - [Event Review] FORSEE National Open Consultation Event, Serbia

The national Open Consultation event was held in Sava Centar, Belgrade, Serbia on October 9, 2012. The national event was organized by The Institute Mihajlo Pupin, which is one of the partners in the FORSEE - Regional ICT Foresight exercise for Southeast European countries’ project. The event was collocated with the 16th Conference on Information Systems of Serbian Governmental Bodies with the emphasis on eGovernment and Cloud Computing. The same two themes were in the focus of the Open Consultation event where more than sixty experts participated in the discussions about the current state in these fields, but also about the perspectives of further development and the most appropriate measures to support it.

Institute “Mihailo Pupin” (IMP) is the leading Serbian R&D institution in information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as the biggest and the oldest ICT institute in Southeastern Europe. It is located in Belgrade, capital of Serbia.

IMP´s mission is to provide to clients rapid, cost-effective and immediately applicable solutions to their technical and organizational problems and enable them to perform efficiently in technologically advanced, profitable and supportive work environment.
