News archive - [Call Announcement] CEI Cooperation Fund

The CEI Cooperation Fund is used to co-finance projects, i.e. CEI Cooperation Activities, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the CEI Member States. CEI Cooperation Activities are organised by institutions of CEI Member States in order to implement the strategic goals and principal objectives set by the CEI Guidelines and Rules of Procedure and by the CEI Plan of Action. Deadline: July 20, 2012

CEI Cooperation Activities are aimed at capacity building by transferring and sharing of know-how, in particular from EU CEI Member States to non- EU CEI Member States, and exchanging experiences and good practice among all CEI Member States.

CEI Cooperation Activities shall be organised in the areas of intervention and related priorities as outlined in the CEI Plan of Action:

Economic Development

Climate, Environment and Sustainable Energy
Enterprise Development including Tourism
Multimodal Transport
Sustainable Agriculture

Human Development

Human Resource Development
Information Society and Media
Intercultural Cooperation including Minorities
Science and Technology

Horizontal Instrument on Interregional and Cross-Border Cooperation.

Deadline for submission of Applications: please note that the deadline for the submission of applications has been postponed to 20 July 2012.
Evaluation of Applications: July-September 2012
Acknowledging applicants (qualified; rejected): publication on CEI website in September 2012
Co-financing awarding: October - December 2012 with direct communication to applicants
