Science Exchange is an online marketplace for science experiments. The goal is to make it easier for researchers to access core resources across institutions.
ScienceExchange.com brings together research scientists looking to outsource experiments with other scientists at core facilities of major research universities who have the capacity to conduct the experiments. By dealing with all the paying/billing administration, quality assurance and dispute resolution, ScienceExchange.com makes outsourcing experiments easy.
Science Exchange was founded by Elizabeth Iorns, Ryan Abbott and Dan Knox. Development on ScienceExchange.com started around a kitchen table in Miami, FL in April 2011. In June 2011, Science Exchange moved their headquarters to Palo Alto, CA.
