S3 Albania
The process of the Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) in Albania is coordinated and directed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania that leads an Interministerial Committee in charge of coordination and ensuring progress in the process of drafting and implementation of S3. The Committee is assisted by the Albanian S3 Team, composed of experts from different institutions or independent experts, that should ensure the drafting of S3 through a comprehensive process in consultation with the quadruple helix actors.
