On Thursday, 18 November from 15:00-16:00 CET, we held the first digital panel discussion of a new series entitled Spotlight on the Western Balkans: EU Enlargement – Albania & North Macedonia, jointly organised by the European Movement International and the European Movement Finland. The first edition discussed the EU enlargement process in the Western Balkans in the context of the candidate countries of Albania and North Macedonia.

The event is the first one of a new series of discussions entitled Spotlight on the Western Balkans jointly organised by the European Movement International and the European Movement Finland with the aim to foster debate on Western Balkan issues and the EU integration of this region, involving stakeholders from civil society, political institutions and the wider European community.
