European Innovation Scoreboard 2022: SERBIA country profile
The European Innovation Scoreboard provides a comparative analysis of innovation performance in EU countries, other European countries, and regional neighbours. It helps countries assess the relative strengths and weaknesses of their national innovation systems and identify challenges that they need to address. The European Innovation Scoreboard 2022 was released on 22 September 2022.

Performance is above the average of the Emerging Innovators (50.0%). Performance is increasing (15.6%-points) at a rate higher than that of the EU (9.9%-points). Serbia´s performance gap to the EU is becoming smaller.
