BBMRI-ERIC: ELSI Knowledge Base

The ELSI Knowledge Base is an open-access resource platform containing information on ELSI-related matters (Ethical, Legal and Social Issues) relevant in biobanking. Here you will find practical guidance on specific ELSI topics.

The Knowledge Base includes:

a Library (currently under development) of helpful downloads such as webinar recordings, templates, binding and non-binding legal/ethical instruments and standards, FAQs and more,
a Glossary, of terms helpful to BBMRI-ERIC members which will be continually updated,
as well as in-depth information and resources on specific ethical, legal and social issues such as
- Data Protection or
- Material and Data Transfer Agreements (MTAs and DTAs)

The ELSI Knowledge Base is continually updated, so check back for up-to-date information!
