Eurydice network - knowledge for education policies

Since 1980, the Eurydice network has been one of the strategic mechanisms established by the European Commission and Member States to support European cooperation in the field of education. Since 2014, Eurydice has been included in Erasmus+, the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport and is part of Key Action 3 (Support for policy reform) of the programme.

The Eurydice website is now on the EACEA National Policies Platform , together with the Youth Wiki which was launched in December 2017, and the Mobility Scoreboard

On Eurydice you can find:

  • comparative reports devoted to specific topics;
  • detailed national descriptions of education systems in the 38 countries of the Erasmus+ programme; and
  • news and articles related to the field of education.

Moreover, you can now filter the reports by year and by topic, and the news and articles by year and type. The section on ongoing reforms and policy developments in the national descriptions is highlighted and can be accessed more easily. The publications and material cover all levels of education, from pre-primary to tertiary and adult education, with information that is regularly updated.

All pages of the previous platform will be automatically redirected to the Homepage of the new website.
