Seminar "Economic policy in times of crisis"
The Chamber of Foreign Trade of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support and in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Representation in BiH, is organizing a free seminar "Economic Policy in Times of Crisis", which will be held on 30 and 31 May 2022. in the premises of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, Branislava Đurđeva 10, Sarajevo.
The training is intended for employees from the public sector, the banking sector, government institutions, who want to acquire new or expand existing knowledge. Employees from the economy may also have an interest in education because of the practical, analytical part, which can help in daily work.
The aim of the training is to bring the participants closer to the basic concepts of macroeconomics, and to provide a better understanding of fiscal and income policy in BiH, through a series of interactive lectures and discussions in each area. Also, participants will learn through practical examples how to find and analyze the necessary statistics, and how to lead and manage economic policy in times of crisis.
After attending the training, participants will be able to:
• Master the basic concepts of macroeconomics and economic policy
• Independently find, collect and analyze the necessary statistics
• Understand the BiH fiscal system better
• Practically present the instruments of economic policy in times of economic crisis
• Critically monitor economic reforms and draw their own conclusions
• Improve and expand existing economic knowledge

Participation in the seminar is free.
Registration for participation is done by filling out the online application form.
The number of places is limited to 40 participants (maximum 2 participants in front of one company), which is why timely registration is recommended.
The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday, May 25, 2022. until 12:00.
