- get funding for the employment of experienced researchers (IF - Individual Fellowships, „Society and Enterprise“ Panel)
- exchange staff between companies, universities and other research organisations within or beyond Europe (RISE – Research and Innovation Staff Exchange)
- recruit and train young researchers within the framework of an international training network (ITN – Innovative Training Networks)
Essential for all Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions are the international mobility of researchers and knowledge transfer between sectors and disciplines.
