Join us on 22 March 2018 for a 90-minute webinar and understand the essentials of the EU funding system, specific features of the EU programmes and the scopes of EU funded projects.

Over a 60-minute presentation and 30-minute Q&A session, we will make sure that you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to get started with your endeavours to find the right funding opportunity and submit a competitive application.

What topics will be covered?
Over a 60-minute presentation, we will introduce the essentials of the EU funding system and the key features of EU funded projects, including the application procedures.

Centralised vs. decentralized EU funds and programmes: Understand the difference between Structural Funds, Pre-accession funds, INTERREG, and programmes managed directly from Brussels
Horizon 2020, COSME, Erasmus+, Justice, 3rd Health, Consumer, LIFE and many other programmes: Learn the essentials of transnational projects in all sectors – from agriculture to health, environment to education, ICT to security, biotechnology to transport
Tenders vs. Grants: Understand the difference between service contracts with the European Commission services and non-profit grants under EU programmes
Eligibility requirements, partnership conditions, funding rates, reporting rules: All you need to know about the rules of the game
Proposal preparation and submission: Guidelines, templates, support structures, partner search platforms, and all you need to get started for putting together your application
After the presentation, a 30-minute session will be dedicated to individual questions and answers.
