COMMUNICATIONS

It is recommended to time your oral presentation in no more than <b>10 - 12 minutes</b> taking into consideraton the time needed for answers to audience questions. Presentation order, established by the Scientific Committee, will be accordingly to the Programme.

 

POSTERS

Accepted posters by the Scientific Committee will be displayed in the main Hall, at the ground floor by the authors. At this edition a short presentation of your poster will be held, which will last no more than 5 minutes, including time for comments and discutions

Poster maximum dimenstions are: 90 cm width and 110 cm height. Hanging up posters will be made with double-sided tape, made available by the organizers. Poster number from the programme corresponds to the number written on the poster board. Mounting the posters will start on October 26 at 9:00 and will end on the first day of the symposium and 27 October before the official opening time begins!

 

PROGRAMMEE will be avaible at www.icechim.ro and  priochem.icechim.ro, Programme section, after 5 days from registration ending. The Scientific Committee will review all the papers and will establish order of presentation.

 

EXHIBITIONS

Companies will be invited to make company presentations outside the scientific programme.

 

Compulsory requirements for ABSTRACT writing – structure

 

The abstract will be written in English, in Microsoft Office Word.

Page format: A4 portrait, 2,5 cm margins,Times New Roman 12 font.

1.  Abstract must fill maximum 1 of the A4 portrait page.

2.  Accepted abstracts will be published by the Scientific Committee in the volume that will be available to participants at the symposium. ISSN volume can be cited as official publication.Only original papers, unpublished by the date of the symposium will be presented.

• Organizers will award the most valuable papers.
• Plenary will be presented by personalities from chemistry form Romania and abroad.
• Media coverage will be in the press and on the radio.
• Official language of the symposium is English.

All papers will be reviewed by a committee made up of members of the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject works and to decide on the format of presentation (oral communication or poster).

Papers sent in extenso (only the selected ones) will be submitted for publication in ISI journals.
