It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 5^th PAR International Leadership Conference (PILC 2016) with the umbrella topic Leadership through PARtnership. PILC 2016 is organized by the Business School PAR (Croatia), Lehigh University (USA) and the Iacocca Institute (USA) and it will be held from 18^th to 20^th March 2016 in Opatija, Croatia (Europe).

PILC is a unique scientific and professional conference that offers an opportunity to present papers on current leadership issues and trends in its scientific program, as well as a chance to acquire or practice leadership skills through its professional program.

The professional program – IACOCCA WORKSHOPS

The PILC Conference offers a unique opportunity to practice and acquire leadership skills through professional workshops offered by the experts from the American Iacocca Institute. As leaders in business education, they provide a modern, up-to-date,interactional three-day workshop under the topic Leadership through PARtnership.

The Iacocca professional workshops will follow the scientific program on March, 18^th and last until March, 20^th.
