Project Management - Learning from mistakes
Our motto: Good judgements came from experiences. Experiences came from bad judgements.
Since 1999, the Europa Media team has coordinated more than 10 EU research and innovation projects and participated in more than 50. Over these years, our team has learned a lot, including from its own mistakes, and is now capable of providing you with useful tips on how to successfully manage your own projects. With our help, you will be able to avoid a lot of traps and use your resources efficiently.
We start with the launch of a project and finish with preparation for audits, always focusing on a case study which is full of mistakes. The case studies and solutions will be distributed after the webinar.
