Methodology

Using theory, a lot of practice and reflection and exchanges of experience this foundation course gives you the basic knowledge on subjects such as motivation, learning psychology, learning styles and types.

With the aid of several practical examples, you learn how to design your Horizon 2020 training seminars in a way that is both creative and well-structured. You go home with a concrete draft outline of your Horizon 2020 training seminar.

Moreover you also take with you a number of seminar games which are immediately practicable and which you have already tried out in the role of trainer within the group. You also learn how to put across supposedly dry content in an interesting way.

A number of different learning loop methods ensure that you do not immediately forget what you have learned. And the whole thing is coupled with learning in a fun way.
