Quality is an increasingly talked about catchword in higher education. After the Bologna Process the management of quality is required for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Europe. In addition, ensuring the quality of education is crucial for HEIs in the daily competition for funding, reputation, students and researchers. The establishment of an inherent quality culture remains a ubiquitous challenge for responsible staff members.
