XXIX Study Days on Industrial and Intellectual Property
On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the Spanish Group of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) organises the “XXIX Study Session on Intellectual Property”.
The conference will cover the following topics:
- the right to use property as an obstacle to action on trade mark and design: scope of Community law at national level;
- the doctrine of equivalents in Spanish law;
- databases and international treatment by intellectual property;
- the protection of unregistered Community design: evaluation of 10 years of experience;
- connections between unfair competition and intellectual property: towards a new Patent Act;
- the reform of the Community trade mark law: developments on the trade mark package;
- the Spanish lawyer and agent faced with the new judicial patent system in Europe.
