Less Money, Less Science (interview)

This is an article in the form of an interview with prof. dr. Sreten Skuletic. It is written in Serbian language. Skuletic talks about involvment of national research institutes and universities in Montenegro in research and development activities. He also stresses the problem of brain drain. Then he talks about the cooperation of Montenegro University with other universities and how the results of reseach and development help the national economic development of Montenegro.
