The Law on Higher Education (Serbia) - Draft of 2003

This is a preliminary draft of The Law on Higher Education in Serbia. First principal provisions are suggested and the Institutions in the higher education system are presented. The proposal also regulates studies and curriculums, higher education activity, scientific-research work and artistic activity, the higher education institution bodies, funding of the independent higher education institutions founded by the Republic or the Autonomous Province, the higher education institution staff, rights and obligations of the employed, the system of studies etc.
