S&T Indicators: an overview of Croatia

This is a power point presentation held by Emira Becic and Gordana Prutki - Pečnik from the Ministry of Science and Technology of Croatia. First they present R&D Investment: total investment (the share of R&D as a % of GDP (GERD) and private investment (research and development expenditure financed by business sector (BERD as a % of GERD). Then the presentation focuses on human resources in S&T, scientific and technological productivity and last but not the least problems and disadvantages of current R&D methodology. A focus is on statistical data.
