Strateski plan reforme obrazovanja za period 2005-2009. godine

This Strategic Plan of the Government of Montenegro deals with the education reform and provides the timeframe and financial sources needed in order to carry out the ambitiously set goals (including the infrastructure reform, integration of ICT in the education process, curricula reform etc.) Successful educational reform should have long term benefits also on the development of science and research in the country.
