The Science, Technology and Innovation System in Republic of Albania

This is a country report conducted by the ICBSS (International Centre for Black Sea Studies). In the beginning it gives some general information on Albania (area, population, GDP etc), then it focuses on R&D investment and human resources in S&T in Albania. It describes institutional capacity for S&T and some strategies, programmes and governance for R&D. Last but not the least it presents an overview on international R&D cooperations.
