Draft Report of the IPA Post2013 Stakeholders Consultation Held in Zagreb
The European Commission, Directorate General of Enlargement organized a stakeholders' consultation meeting on the future pre-accession instrument post-2013 that took place on May 10 to 11 in Zagreb. The meeting, co-hosted with the Hungarian Presidency involved over 100 participants including representatives from IPA beneficiary countries, EU Member States, international financial institutions and other donors, civil society organizations, and European Commission directorates. The Commission is currently in the process of preparing the multi-annual financial framework post 2013, under which Directorate General of Enlargement will propose a follow-up instrument for pre-accession assistance.
