This is a four-pages document about "Cooperation with Third Country Participants in an EC funded FP 7 multi-partner research project - practical advice for proposal submission and negotiation".

Please note that the West Balkan Countries are associated to FP7 and not Third Country Participants. In the region, this document is only relevant for Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244/1999). furthrmore, it may be of use for consortiums aiming to integrate partners from International Cooperation Partner Countries (ICPCs).
